برای تعریف سرفصل جدید در نرم افزار هلو از منوی عملیات مالی گزینه سرفصل جدید را انتخاب کنید.  سرفصل های کل به رنگ قرمز با 3 رقم، سرفصل های معین به رنگ سبز با 4 رقم و سرفصل تفصیلی به رنگ آبی با 4 رقم نمایش داده شده است. بر روی دکمه تعیین حساب جدید، کلیک نمایید. سه گزینه ورود کد کل، معین و تفصیلی مشاهده می شود.

تعریف حساب کل

با انتخاب گزینه ورود کد کل می توانید حساب کل جدید با سه رقم تعریف نمایید. پس از معرفی نام و کد کل، پیغام لطفا ماهیت و گروه حساب کل جدید را مشخص نمایید، در صفحه ظاهر می شود

باید برای حساب کل تعریف شده، گروه و ماهیت حساب تعیین گردد.

تعریف حساب معین تعریف سرفصل جدید

برای تعریف کد معین، ابتدا روی سرفصل کل مورد نظر کلیک کنید. سپس گزینه ورود کد معین را انتخاب نمایید. کد معین جدید را با چهار رقم وارد نمایید.

تعریف حساب تفصیلی

برای تعریف کد تفصیلی نیز ابتدا روی سرفصل معین مورد نظر کلیک کنید. گزینه ورود کد تفصیلی را انتخاب نموده، کد تفصیلی جدید را باچهار رقم وارد نمایید. به هنگام تعریف کدهای معین یا تفصیلی مربوط به یک کد کل، با کلیک راست در فرم مربوطه گزینه های دیگری نمایش داده خواهد شد.

نکته:

گروه و ماهیت سرفصلهای پیش فرض سیستم با رعایت اصول حسابداری تعریف شده و نباید تغییر کنند، در صورتی که گروه و ماهیت را اشتباه معرفی نمایید، در گزارشات ترازنامه و سود وزیان، مغایرت ایجاد می شود، لذا تاکید می گردد که پیش فرض ها را تغییر نداده و در صورت تغییر با استفاده از دکمه پیش فرض، وضعیت را به حالت پیش فرض نرم افزار بازگردانید. تعریف سرفصل جدید

توجه:

• پس از کلیک بر روی دکمه نصب، در صورتی که موارد نمایش داده شده در فرم از قبیل نام کامپیوتر و بررسی نصب چاپگر و … در سیستم شما به درستی نصب شده باشد، در کنار آن علامت    نمایش داده می شود. به هنگام بررسی “نصب قفل سخت افزاری”، فرمی به شکل زیر نمایش داده می‌شود که در آن باید نوع قفل خود را انتخاب و سپس دکمه تایید را کلیک نمایید.

 

 

• در صورتی که هر یک از گزینه های یاد شده،‌ به درستی انجام نشده باشد، در کنار آن علامت  نمایش داده می شود.  برای رفع آن، ابتدا باید گزینه مذکور را انتخاب نموده و سپس دکمه رفع مشکل را کلیک نمایید. بعد مراحل نصب هلو را ادامه دهید.

 

 

• در صورتی که همه نیازمندی های مربوط به نصب به درستی انجام شده باشد، فرم زیر نمایش داده می‌شود. در این فرم، ابتدا مطالب موجود در فرم را مطالعه کنید. در صورت توافق با مطالب ذکر شده، گزینه “اینجانب با مطالب ذکر شده موافق بوده و از نسخه معتبر استفاده می‌نمایم” را انتخاب نمایید. با انتخاب این گزینه، دکمه بعدی فعال شده و با کلیک بر روی آن می‌توانید عملیات نصب نرم افزار را ادامه دهید.

 

 

• در مرحله بعد باید مسیر نصب نرم افزار را تعیین نمایید. برنامه به طور خودکار درایوی غیر از درایو ویندوز را برای نصب در نظر می‌گیرد.

 

• در صورتی که بخواهید مسیر نصب برنامه را تغییر دهید باید دکمه  را کلیک نمایید. سپس در فرم نمایش داده شده، درایو مورد نظر را انتخاب نمایید.
